Write to support@denhunt.com and a person will answer. We aim to reply within one working day.
Passwords need at least 8 characters. If yours is not being accepted, use the forgotten password link on the sign-in screen and check the address you signed up with, including the spam folder. If the code never arrives, write to us with the email address you used and we will look it up.
Open the app, go to Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm twice, because it is immediate and cannot be undone.
Your name, email address and phone number are removed everywhere. The businesses you dealt with keep their own record of stays that already happened, with your details taken out, because that record belongs to them. Your reviews stay on the listings they are about, no longer attached to you.
Messages reach the business directly, and most reply the same day. If a day passes with nothing, send us the name of the property and we will chase it. A business that repeatedly ignores guests does not stay listed.
Tell us at once, with photographs if you have them. Report the listing from inside the app, or write to us with the booking reference from your Requests tab. We take listings down for this.
Nobody from DenHunt will ever ask you to send money, and we never take payment for a booking. You agree payment with the host directly and we charge you no agent fee. If someone claiming to be us asks you for money, stop, and report it to support@denhunt.com.
DenHunt is for businesses running their operation on the platform, not for agents. If you run shortlets or a hostel, write to us and we will set you up.
You can report a listing, a message or a person from inside the app, and every report is read. If somebody is in danger, contact the emergency services first and then tell us.
